Where can I receive my order?

- You will receive your order at your chosen address.


How long after my order is processed?

- Your order is processed instantly and communicated to our warehouse from that time we will take care of your items and prepare them for pickup by the courier.
If your order is received by 12 noon it will leave the same day,otherwise it will be picked up the next morning.
Clearly we cannot ship over the weekend but on Mondays orders will be processed in chronological order.
You will still be notified by email about the status of your order.


How long does it take for the order to arrive?

- Express: Within a period of 48-72 hours (working days) . * For Sardinia, Sicily and other Islands express dispatch in 2-4 working days.

- Express - 14,00 EUR for Europe
